We spent sometime there exchanging views about today’s political
development since Dr.John Brian is one of the key man for Party Keadilan Rakyat or PKR. He is of course, a Blogger “Dayakbaru.Com” where you can read issues as well reading their responses from the public.
Mr Edward & Mrs are both from Miri, spending their weekdays here on business.

The BMW E46 is the fourth generation of the 3 Series compact executive cars produced by BMW, produced from 1998 when it succeeded the BMW E36 until it was replaced by the BMW E90 in 2006.
The record selling year for the E46 chassis was 2002, when 561,249 vehicles were sold worldwide.
The E46 was also larger than its predecessor, the E36 3 series.
This time its wheelbase was increased to 107.3” with overall of 176’’ which allowed the E46 to have 50/50%, perfect weight distribution.
As the E46 had its wheelbase increased, the rear seats got roomier.
At the same time, curtain airbags became available to enhance safety.
So folks, what do you think about this unit so far? This unit is not ‘directly’ MFSB’s.
After the touch-up, it should look better. There is some knocks on left hand side of the car which need attention.
It has an 18 inch rims. The rear tail light may be change to a ‘newer’ version. If you notice the ‘facelift’ model, it has a different tail light.

The BMW E39 is the BMW 5 Series made between 1995 to 2004.
This unit caught a friend’s eye. It was sold to a buyer from Miri.
This unit belongs to a fellow dealer friend and MFSB just played a small role by introducing it
“indirectly.”
This BMW (Bavarian Motor Works) unit is a re-conditioned unit registered locally in 2002.
Its powered by a 2500 cc 24 valve,multi fuel injection, front engine & rear-wheel drive.
The festive mood continues when DJ Ivy from CatsFM came along with our Iban Artiste “Aki Manang” and had dinner at our home in Kota Samarahan.
Our activities are a part of our daily lives, contributing to our Sales volume at the end of the day.
I was taught this saying ” activities lead to sales” as lauded by my former Insurance Manager, Mr. Liew.

What a way to close the Year 2009! We held a BBQ party at our home in Kota Samarahan, and we had as guests our friends from RuaiKitai/RumahDayak.Com coming all the way here to celebrate the in-coming year with us.
Uncle Harold AKA Pipitmanchal, Donny AKA Temenggong (MFSB’s representative in Miri) came together with gal pal, Rebecca.
“Sawa Nelan” came from Kanowit with his friendly cousins joined by igat_stidi, Temakul. Engkiong, dara saribas & hosts of others.
WE started the night after 9pm and finished almost 1am.
